Andrew Roy King, former country director of IDP Philippines, is a passionate art collector known for his refined taste, especially in Chinese works of art. Originally from Australia, he moved to the Philippines in the 1990s, where his professional role deepened his engagement with Asian art and culture. Over decades, he built an extensive collection reflecting his travels across Asia and even Egypt. Much of his collection is kept between Australia and Manila, but significant pieces remain in Cebu. These works will be auctioned on November 25, 2023, offering collectors a rare chance to acquire items from his trove.
